With over a decade of experience spanning Agile coaching, software development, and team leadership, I bring a proven track record of driving organizational transformation and operational efficiency.

In my most recent corporate roles, I facilitated Agile implementations at global organizations like PCCW Global and Accenture, launching and coaching high-performing teams. Notably, I guided 12 international teams to adopt lean-agile practices, leading them to become top performers among their peers. My experience includes delivering tailored training in SAFe and the Spotify model, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.

Earlier in my career, I honed my technical skills as a Quality Assurance Automation Lead and CRM Engineer, building tools that drastically reduced delivery times and providing seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

Now, as the founder of Talent Cluster, I apply this experience to revolutionize recruiting. My mission is to help Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) improve their time-to-hire and retention rate by combining innovative strategies with firsthand insight into what drives team success.
